Now that it’s getting colder what’s everyone’s. Favourite “canned soup” recipe? We usually use habitant minestrone or pea soup as a base and add in extra carrots and potatoes to bulk it up a bit.

VarvaraWe have different brands here but my kids love canned pea soup. With extra carrots and sometimes bacon.
I’ve tried to make pea soup from scratch but kids prefer canned.
RebeccaI could eat cream of tomato soup 3x per week, with added cheese, with a little oregano, and just anything that I’m in the mood to add.
DenniseCampbell’s Bean. I usually add some cut up hotdog or smoked sausage. We also often have Campbell’s chicken noodle soup or tomato soup with our grilled cheese.

JoannaI make my own soup with canned tomatoes, whatever veg I have, and potatoes or pasta. I’ll get 9-10 portions out of one pot and freeze them.
DeborahI make all my own soups with the exception of Progresso New England Clam Chowder.
I have made delicious clam chowder but it doesn’t freeze well so the Progresso is a big treat for me.
