I need to purchase a new mattress. Gosh, they are expensive!

Any suggestions for a quality cost effective mattress?

I’m in the market for a new mattress and could really use some advice.

I’m looking for something that offers a great balance between comfort and support, without breaking the bank.

Ideally, I’d love to find a mattress that’s durable, comfortable for both back and side sleeping, and won’t lose its shape over time.

Has anyone found a mattress that offers good value for the money?

Any particular brands or models you would recommend?

I’d also appreciate any tips on where to find deals or discounts.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

There is a mattress factory in my area and it is open to the public. No sales pressure, walk around, lay on them, see what you like and they make it and deliver it.

Pricing is so much cheaper. No middle man.

These are the same mattresses sold to deplore stores…

My daughter got a queen sized mattress, bed in a box from Amazon for $200.

          She says it’s comfortable.

Don’t buy cheap! A good nights sleep is as important as the food you eat.

Go cheap on anything but that

I tried an expensive mattress and hated it. Thankfully it had a trial period.

I ended up buying an inexpensive firm coil mattress and a thick foam topper.

I get the comfort and support.

Happily sleeping soundly for 3 years with this setup.

I found it cheaper to buy a new bed frame with a platform/slat type frame and just replace the mattress vs replacing both mattress and box spring

I love my Stearns and Foster brand mattress. Soft cushy layer on top but firm support underneath.

Look at Wayfair. We bought a sealy posturepedic plus plush euro pillow top and it’s the best mattress ever.

We waited till it was On sale.

Your mattress is the only piece of furniture you own that you will literally spend 1/3rd of your life on.

It’s the one item in your house that, for health reasons, is worth splurging a little on and get a high quality one without breaking the bank

I was in the same spot last year. Old mattress had! to go. I did A LOT! of research and finally settled on an “Imaginarium”.

I rarely ever purchase anything online but decided to take the chance seeing as it was under $200 and their return policy was amazing.

Well! it arrived in about a week, was packed extremely well and was very easy to unseal and set up.

BEST! $200 I have ever! spent on myself! I LOVE! it.

It’s been a year and it is as comfortable today as the first night I got the best sleep in years.

It just goes to show that inexpensive doesn’t necessarily mean cheap.

                        P. S., please pay no attention to the fact that I am posting at 2am.

                        I’m a lifelong night owl.

I sold my old mattress which was still in very good condition & bought a 12” memory foam medium firmness mattress from Amazon for ~$250.

                          I love it!

See if you have a Mattress by Appointment franchise near you. They have really good prices.

Better than the big box stores and Amazon.

Try a my pillow mattress topper first-2”. If it isnt enough, you can always send it back (guaranteed)
