Can anyone recommend a budget phone carrier they’re happy with that covers smartwatches (iWatch) data plans that work independently of the iPhone?

My mother and I each have an iPhone and iWatch and pay about $235/mth on AT&T.

I want her to have access to fall detection and calling when she’s out walking or gardening. She doesn’t always have her iPhone handy.

It seems Mint mobile doesn’t have a plan that covers iWatch. TIA.

I have had Visible for two years now and am very happy with them. I pay $30 a month for the base plan with unlimited text/talk/data on my iPhone and Apple watch independent connectivity.

It uses the same cell system as Verizon. There are just no physical stores, so all support is done via chat over the Visible app.

I’ve helped five family members and friends to switch so far after I did.

US Mobile is the best option. They allow you to pick whichever network is best in your area.

Wait. Are you saying Mint can’t work with a smart phone? Or is this conversation above my head.

I was asking for an android smart phone, but I use Mint.

US Mobile. You can switch network between T-mobile, Verizon or AT&T in 30 seconds.

Us mobile is the best I’ve found all around and I’ve tried several including mint. Us works great on all carriers and internationally.

Plus, it has smart watch plans

I have my kid on a wearable only plan at Verizon for $15/month with no other lines required.

I’m happy with mvno’s. In our household we have mint, tello and xfinity mobile. We also used visible.

                    They’re all good.
