Our property taxes, water taxes and insurance all went up like crazy. Our escrow was short because of this so our monthly payments went up $450/month.

I live in Fort Worth Tx. Property tax values and home owners insurance went sky high this year. I’m afraid it’s almost State wide. My USAA Homeowners Inc went from 2800.00 to nearly 3600.00 in one year. The year before that it went from 2400.00 to 2800.0

Property Tax is the real killer. It’s unreal!! People fleeing high tax states are relocating in droves. It’s not a talking point it’s real.

Good luck!! Do not substitute cheap insurance over quality. Be very careful
