We are contemplating getting the building and then just doing the work ourselves.

I would love to hear any experiences!

My husband has 15 years of experience within the trades (plumbing, construction, electrical, AC).

We have already bought one manufactured home and flipped it for 9 times what we originally paid.

But we are now looking to build a forever home.
