Cilantro tends to wilt quickly, and I often find myself wasting much of it before I can use it all.
I’m curious if anyone has found a reliable method for preserving it that maintains its flavor and freshness.
I’ve tried refrigerating it in water and freezing it in ice cube trays, but I haven’t been fully satisfied with the results.
Do you have any tips, techniques, or unusual methods that have worked for you to keep cilantro fresh for longer?
Whether it’s storing it in the fridge, freezing, drying, or using any other method, I’d love to hear your ideas!
DeniseYou can dice it up and put ot in an ice tray with oilive oil. Freeze for later use
MegChop, mix with water or oil, and freeze in ice cube trays. Thaw and drain and add to salsa or whatever.
