I hosted a baby shower at my house Sunday and now I have a bunch of leftover charcuterie board stuff that I would love to use for meals but I’m drawing a blank!

I have cheeses (brie, goat cheese, Boursin, slices of different cheese, salami, pepperoni, grapes, strawberries). Any ideas?

what my husband calls “chick meals”. basically adult lunchables cheese / meats crackers – use Boursin like a feta bake (small tomatoes / olives and olive oil and garlic with the Boursin baked at 350 for 30 minutes).

then stir up while hot and put over cooked pasta.

freeze the fresh fruit for smoothies or to add to drinks, have friends over and tell them to bring bread and wine!!

I myself will snack on everything like that usually, I’ll use or take four items a few at a time and just have them myself. Now with cheese, you could do omelettes.

some of the meats you could put with fruits strawberries I would make smoothies. I freeze them.

Grapes you can freeze and also throw in smoothies.

I love Brie- a baguette with Bree some of prosciutto if you’ve got some cranberries and even some of the grapes sliced those up and make a sandwich.

Usually, I put all of that on the baguette put it in the toaster oven get it crunchy warm and it’s good.

Cut the items into smaller pieces and add to cold cooked pasta with Italian dressing – antipasto salad

Brie on toast with jam for breakfast. Antipasti salad, spinach salad, goat cheese, strawberries and raspberry vinaigrette.

Charcuterie itself can be a meal with soup or salad.

Pepperoni sauce for grilled meats, salami and cheese in a cold pasta salad, prosciutto wrapped asparagus or green bean bundles – google for recipes, all are really easy and really yummy!

Meat and cheese on bakery bun, add condiments of choice. Wrap in paper towel, microwave for 30 to 45 seconds. Yummy warm melted cheese goodness

All of it can be frozen and used later too, if need-be.

Use the cheese slices and cold cuts / lunch meats in a chopped salad.
Perhaps use the fruit for smoothies?

The cheeses can be melted down to make mac & cheese..
