I need ideas for 2 buckets of apples!!! And thoughts on draining the shredded zucchini or adding the liquid to the bread.
I recently harvested two buckets of apples and want to make the most out of them.
I’m considering options like pies, sauces, or even freezing them, but I’d love to hear your creative ideas.
Additionally, I’m planning to bake zucchini bread and am wondering whether I should drain the zucchini before mixing it into the batter.
Some recipes suggest it, while others don’t, and I’m curious about the impact on the texture and moisture of the bread.
What do you recommend for both the apples and the zucchini?
LorettaAlso, may I know the type of apple that is? My BIL has the same apples harvested for me, but no idea what kind.
