Been thinking of selling my rental property I could get 200k for it, if I did what do you suggest to put it into for the next 17 years to make it grow or should I just keep it for passive income? I don’t plan on retiring til I’m 59. I’m in Texas.
I think you’ll get more value out of keeping your rental in the long run but depends how much liquid money you want and whether you want to deal with being a landlord.
