I needed badly to go purchased Mother’s Day cards. I have many important “Mother’s” in my life and I love to remember them on this special day. Something nagged at me to check my “card stash” to see if I had 1 or 2 left over from previous years.
I found 3 with the names on post its that I intended to give and had not, 3 special ones with no names and a beautiful box of a variety of just “Mother’s Day” card.
Feeling good and I intend to make some other mothers feel good as well.
SandyI have a variety of note cards that I use for all occasions. The internet is a wonderful place to get ideas on what to write for different occasions. I don’t always go word for word. Many times, the sayings give me ideas and inspiration on what I want to say.
JanGreat. I have found some cards at various thrift stores.
DeniseHowever you can save money for sure do it ! This was a great save for sure. My kids are getting older now but they used to collaborate on handmade cards and gifts for the grams and great grams – cost me almost nothing and usually gave me time to drink my coffee in peace
ChrisA thoughtful note costs the price of a stamp and is more valuable than a lovely card with only your name signed on it.
TinkerAs Always go to Dollar tree and get 2 cards for $1.25
