Produce is so expensive! How can I cheaply and easily add more veggies to every meal?
I’m looking for budget-friendly and simple ways to incorporate more vegetables into every meal.
Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I want to ensure that I’m getting a good variety of veggies without breaking the bank or spending too much time in the kitchen.
I’m interested in tips for both fresh and frozen vegetables, along with any creative ideas for sneaking them into dishes that might not traditionally include them.
Additionally, I would appreciate advice on how to keep meals tasty and satisfying while making vegetables a more prominent part of my diet.

Any go-to recipes, quick preparation methods, or tricks for making vegetables more appealing?
