Tacos are my fav thing to go out and eat recently been making them at home. I find it’s a good way to use up some leftovers or those almost empty food products by just loading them in and it’s much cheaper to make them at home. What are your fav taco recipes?
KimberlySometimes I do black bean tacos. I take a can of black beans, add some taco seasoning, and heat up. I add some lime juice when I put them in the taco shell. Then add lettuce, tomato, and cheese. You can use whatever toppings you like. It’s very good.
I like doing these for lunch sometimes.
Basically, a meat alternative but it’s really good!
LisaI fell in love with corn tortillas on a hot dry skillet until they are almost crispy. Toss on cheese to melt. Take off heat and put young cactus (nepalitos).
Put a little hot sauce and enjoy.
(Sometimes I dip it in leftover consume that I freeze in small tubs)
Preferred: I need a dinner recipe that uses eggs, preferably with taco seasoning
PascalWe love all tacos, al pastor, birria (chuck roast in red chili broth), fish (fried & grilled), fajita style, and ground beef.
I usually add a lot of veggies, like onions, jalapeños, poblanos, chopped mushrooms, sometimes grated zucchini or carrots, and cooked lentils to my ground beef tacos.
It more than doubles the meat and adds tons of flavor.
