      What meals can I make using just canned pinto beans and green beans? That is all I have until next week.

      I’m looking for creative meal ideas using just canned pinto beans and green beans.

      What are some tasty, simple dishes I can prepare with these two ingredients? I’m open to different flavors and cooking methods (stovetop, oven, or even no-cook options).

              Our library has a blessing box outside with canned food and other items. I’ve seen this in other towns too. Pray you find a food bank or a local church.

                The church by my house has a free food box set up outside, maybe one by you has something similar or some churches can help you with where you can go to get food.

                  There’s nothing wrong with being creative with what you have in hand,
                  BUT ALSO, nothing wrong with asking for a little help!

                  Everyone needs help of some sort from time to time!

                    Add some rice and a couple of onions to your supply and you could eat for a few days, depending on how many people in your household.

                    If possible throw in some scrambled eggs for protein.

                      Rice bowls (beans, veggies, protein. Can add salsa, guacamole, sour cream, etc)

                      Mediterranean chicken soup (green beans, shredded chicken add other veggies like canned artichokes, tomatoes, olives if you have on hand)

                        Bean soup, I eat salad dressing with green beans cheese bacon,, air fry green beans with seasoning…always save your bacon grease for flavoring up your foods.
