NateThis is gonna sound silly but do my own yard work this weekend. I haven’t done that in at least 10 years. It’s illustrates a place we were willing to cut back in so my wife could stay home.
DaveI finished the Dolphin Challenge (8K (5 miles)/Half Marathon)) at the Yeungling Shamrock Marathon this weekend. Personal best in the 8K finishing in 41:28 with an average pace of 8:18 per mile and broke 2 hours in the Half Marathon (13.1 miles) at 1:58:45 with a 9:00 minute per mile pace.
I’m 59 years old for context on why I’m excited about this accomplishment.
