So, I live in the US and we are going to start working on Italian dual citizenship.

Has anyone fired by moving to somewhere where health insurance is covered?

Also is anyone aware of tax implications or retirement strategies for someone in the US moving to the European Union?

      Thank you.

Be warned, I’ve been chase IDC for a while now. It’s taken forever to get an appointment at the consulate.

        FIRE maybe easier.

In many countries in Europe Health insurance might be cheap or even for free but it covers only basic treatments and there are long waiting lists to see a doctor.

If you have severe health problems you might be forced and willing to spend the extra buck for quicker and better treatment
