What’s your favorite HYSA?
I wanted to put all my money in mutual funds. However, price is too high right now. I think 2025 will be a correction of price.
Therefore, I want to put money in HYSA now and wait until 2025.AllisonTime in the market is better than timing the market. But you do you
SeanThat’s not a good plan. But any hysa is going to be fine.
MartaHow do you know that you won’t miss out on any gains before or after that would more than offset that anticipated correction?
JonathanIn general, I use capital one for my HYSA accounts. I can create multiple ones for different purposes/ sinking funds.
JaredNewtek bank has been at 5.25% APY since I joined in April 2023, at least.
Markterrible strategy. do you understand long term investing? btw. all HYSA and MMF are 99% the same. just pick one
BrandonI use and recommend Wealthfront, but there are other good ones out there like SoFi and Ally.
I recommend reading reviews from each bank and see which one is right for you.
KerryPick any one that you want. They’re all similar, they’re not much of an investment these days, and they’re all going to be dropping their interest rates further.
SteveWhichever your bank or brokerage offers. The difference is pennies in the big picture, so focus on convenience.
(If you’re trying to time the market, put your cash as close to your brokerage account as possible so you only miss out on 90% of a correction.)
