We use a lot of olive oil. Where can I find the least expensive olive oil? Is it worth going with someone to BJ’s to buy a $44 one upfront that would last the month?

I’m looking for affordable options for high-quality olive oil, similar to BJ’s $44 deal. Where do you usually find the best value for olive oil without compromising on quality?

Any tips for stores, online platforms, or specific brands would be greatly appreciated.

      Thanks in advance!”

BJs usually does a free temporary membership before Christmas. Not sure if it’s any cheaper there tho. An fyi – olive oil has a smoke point of 400 so if you’re roasting/grilling something at high heat you’d be better off using a different oil.

I generally have 2 types of olive oil – a really good extra virgin that I use sparingly for dressings and cold preps and a more plain one for sautéing

Olive oil is important it helps your body…… it all depends on what kind you want cold pressed regular???? some olive oil are more synthetic than others……

you also don’t need a lot to get the job done. So, buy a better one.

I find Aldi is the most reasonable as well as avocado oil there too

Meijer has a rotating sale where it goes on sale BOGO. I stock up then. I use a lot of olive oil.

Buy the best you can afford. Be sure it’s in a dark bottle.

Some are adulterated with cheaper oils so I’d go by brand.
Also depends on how you plan to use it. Drizzled on salad or to finish dishes, get the good stuff: cold pressed EVOO from Italy.

The cheaper stuff is OK for cooking or dishes where it’s less obvious.

If you’re getting cheap olive oil, chances are very good that it’s fake.

Olive oil is very easy to fake and it’s a lucrative market.
