I am male 32 year old . I want to invest in low cost index fund .
I want to diversify the portfolio. Which index funds would you recommend?

I’m currently invested in VOO and am looking to diversify my portfolio further with low-cost index funds.

Given the vast options available, I’d appreciate any recommendations on additional index funds that complement VOO, particularly those that offer exposure to different sectors, geographies, or asset classes.

I’m interested in funds with low expense ratios that are well-regarded for their performance and stability.

What are some good options to consider for a balanced and diversified investment strategy?

I switched from VTSAX (the Total US Market) to a combo of VFIAX (the S&P 500) and VEXAX (the Extended Market).

VEXAX is comprised of all the companies that are NOT in the S&P 500.

Between the two funds you have everything that is in VTSAX, but now you can adjust the ratio to move more emphasis over to smaller and more under-valued companies.

SCV (small cap value) companies have proven to out perform the overall market for decades and decades.

Also, I include a small percentage into VTIAX, the Vanguard International Fund.

Total stock market or S&P 500 index funds
