My husband broke my crockpot insert. Would the Walmart Mainstays brand fit it?
The replacement part is $20 or higher.
A new crockpot like I have is about $40 or more.
I haven’t had any luck finding any at thrift stores.
It seems they never have anything like that when I need them. Any suggestions are appreciated.
JameelahTry FB marketplace, Ebay, or post on the buy nothing group what you are looking for abd more than likely you will find it for free or cheap
HeatherDo you have any local free cycle groups? There’s always an unwanted crock pot sitting around somewhere.
FrancescaPut it out in the world that you’re looking for a new to you crock pot or just the brand insert.
Neighbors, co-workers, extended family, various friend circles.
So many of us hold onto stuff that if someone is in need, we like to find a home for our treasures!
JoanneI had this happen. I found it was just better to buy another. I will add, when I looked at new, I found many brands had just 3 “feet” under them and they tipped very easy.
If you look for new,, make sure to check style and find what you want.
It’s worth it.
KathyI have to say this is one “extra” thing I grab from thrift stores & store til needed.
I seem to go thru covers fast.
HelenCheck Marketplace; locally I have seen Crockpots of all sizes and brands.
